Levi JV Soccer Calvin Chr Highschool

 Levi tried out and made the JV soccer team. It has been fun to watch them play and so far have won every game. He plays mid field and does alot of running! Ended the season with one tie and one loss. It was a warm fall and we had no games with rain. It was a fun season!

 We had a busy few weeks getting ready for the start of school. With supplies, meetings and learning new schedules.

Maci Jean Turns 13

 We are so blessed to have Maci in our family. She is thoughtful, funny and caring. She is now a teenager! I can't believe how she has grown up already! She had a dinner out with Grandpa and Grandma Roedema to PF Changs and then we celebrated her at home with a steak dinner and presents. She brought Prime drink to her class for her birthday treat on a very hot 90 degree day at the start of school.

Detroit Lions Game

 We had to change up our original plans of taking a trip to the UP due to Levi's soccer tryouts. We ended up having a fun weekend away going to the Detroit Zoo and then to a Lions game. The zoo was hot and not many animals out. We did enjoy the  AC in the the 4 D movie. We stayed over night in a hotel and the Lions won! It was a fun night!

Crystal Mountain

We had another great few days at Crystal Mountain. We tried out a different beach and a different trail that overlooked Lake Michigan. We also did our usual stop at Platte River, guys golfing and girls lunch out.
