Trip up North to Mackinaw Island

This was out first trip up to Mackinaw since Levi was a baby. We had a great time despite me being sick with a fever and throw up the first couple of days. Thankfully, no one else got sick! I spent some time throwing up and trying to sleep under the sleeping bag while Ryan took the kids to mini golf and swim at the campground. We went to Mackinaw Mill Creek Cabins and spent time at the Island, T Falls and going to the Deer Ranch and Castle Rock. We drove up to White Fish Point one afternoon and decided when the kids are older we need to spend more time up exploring since it was so pretty up there and so many things to see

West Side Christian Fun Run

The kids had a blast running and getting a medal in the Blandford Fun Run at through school. They all ran hard and then had fun with their friends afterward. They had music and food. It was a perfect summer night for the the Longest Day 5 K. Caleb ran his heart out and we loved cheering them all on!

Maci's Dance Recital

Maci had her dance recital this June with the Rapid City Dance Factory. The song she danced to was Hush Little Baby. It was a slow ballet song. She did great! We were so proud.  There was only four girls on that big stage!

Bike Ride

All the kids had new bikes so we wanted to try a bike trail together. It took a long time to load the trailer and get over to the trail. Once we were there we rode for about 6 miles. The kids got tired and realized how hard it is to really keep up and go on a long ride. We even took Rosco along in the trailer too.
