Binder Park Zoo

Caleb has been asking for a long time to see a "real live giraffe." So for his fourth birthday we took a day trip to Binder Park Zoo. We had a great time and it was a perfect day for the zoo, cooler and not so hot. We did a lot of walking but enjoyed seeing a new zoo and some different animals.

Levi Camp Roger

Levi went to a four day session at Camp Roger this summer. He went with a friend from school. He had a great time but was a little nervous when I left him. We wrote him emails and letters. We could check in on him daily with pictures and blog posts. It was a little different with out him at home!! He said that he was ready to come home and missed us too but over all it was a fun and great experience for him.

Camping- Hoffmaster 2018

We had a great first camping trip of the summer. We went to Hoffmaster State Park and had perfect weather. We had alot of fun at the nature center, beach, and spending time as a family. We had the grandparents out to celebrate Caleb's fourth birthday a little early.

Strawberry Picking and Father's Day

We attempted to go strawberry picking and lasted about and hour. Caleb was crying because he said his boots were too small..I did not believe him till we got home and he had blisters on his heels! We spent part of Father's Day weekend up at Half Moon Lake. It was a beautiful day.
